Lync can Share but it won’t connect to a shared screen. It seems to be an issue with corrupted updates.

• User had KB2760556 installed twice and also KB2760512.
• Uninstall all 3 Lync updates under the Office 2013 section (Control Panel, Programs, Programs and Features, View Installed Updates).
• Restart.
• Download and install KB2760512 first (User is able to connect to a shared screen).
• Download and install KB2760556. No more errors.
